FreightFirst (“we”, “us”) provides workflow automation services for freight forwarders in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

Who we are

FreightFirst is an independent automation service based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at any time at info@freightfirst.ae or via WhatsApp through the contact details on our website.

What we collect

Through our advertising and lead forms (for example, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms): your name, work email address, company name, job title, and your answers to any questions in the form (such as approximate shipment volume). LinkedIn pre-fills some of these fields from your LinkedIn profile with your consent when you submit the form.

When you contact us by email, WhatsApp, or through our website: the contact details you provide and the content of your messages.

Through our website: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, via our hosting provider's standard logs and any analytics tools we use.

Why we collect it

We use this data to respond to your enquiry or application, assess whether our service fits your operation, communicate with you about our services (including the Founding Client Program), and improve our website and offering. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to FreightFirst's services.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers we need to operate: LinkedIn (advertising and lead forms), our website hosting provider, and our email and messaging providers. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep lead and contact data for as long as we have an active conversation or business relationship with you, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@freightfirst.ae and we will act on your request promptly. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
