What if the agent gets a field wrong?+
Every extraction has a confidence score. Below your threshold (default 95%), the shipment routes to your ops queue with the agent's best guess pre-filled. Your team confirms or corrects in seconds, and that correction tunes the agent.
Do we have to switch our TMS?+
No. We integrate with what you have , CargoWise, Magaya, custom in-house systems. If it has an API, a webhook, or even a CSV drop folder, we can post to it.
What happens to our existing ops staff?+
They stop doing data entry and move to exception handling and client relationships. The bot handles the volume, your team handles the judgment calls.
Is there a long-term contract?+
No long-term contract required , the retainer is month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. If you prefer to commit upfront, yearly contracts are available with a discount applied to the monthly retainer.
Can we cancel and keep the agent?+
FreightFirst retains ownership of the bot IP. On cancellation, we shut it down and return or destroy all your data and credentials within 30 days.
Is FreightFirst a licensed customs broker?+
No. FreightFirst is not a licensed customs broker. Our bots prepare and organise documentation. Your licensed broker reviews and submits everything to the customs portal. That legal boundary is written into every contract and is never crossed.
How long does the build take?+
It depends on the tier. Inbox Agent bots take 1–2 weeks. Compliance Agent bots take 2–4 weeks. Control Tower bots take 4–6 weeks. That clock starts from signed contract and access to your systems, not from first contact.
What happens to our data if we cancel?+
All your shipment data, credentials, and integration access are returned or permanently destroyed within 30 days of cancellation. We document the destruction. You receive confirmation in writing.
